At Name In A Story, we provide shipping within the United States. Please review the information below before placing your order.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
The applicable shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
After your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery is 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time. The estimated total time from placing an order to delivery is therefore approximately 6–13 business days.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, weather, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.
When tracking is available, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately at support@nameinastory.com. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped.
